Review & Revitalize Package
SELLING A HOUSE OR AN APARTMENT
Invite Jeri in to do a walk-through with you. She'll share a few "tricks of the trade" gathered from over 20 years of experience, and identify enhancements that will result in a more lucrative selling price. Once the evaluation is complete, she will present you with a summary of recommendations and a categorized list of suggested action steps. At your request, Jeri will provide an estimate to complete any aspect of your Review and Revitalize project.
COST: $375 (Consultation up to 2 hours. Each additional hour: $125)
BUYING A HOUSE OR AN APARTMENT
Jeri's approach is uniquely effective. Jeri will teach you to "listen" to your space and, using guided imagery, she'll support you in creating a vision for your dream home. You'll have a Color Consultation and a review of your existing furniture and accessories to result in a list of suggestions as to "What Stays" and "What Goes." Finally, you'll be presented with specific recommendations accompanied by a list of suggested action steps. At your request, Jeri will provide an estimate to complete any aspect of your Review and Revitalize project; and, if you choose, she'll suggest a phased approach for its implementation.
COST: $525.00 (Consultation up to 3 hours. Each additional hour $125.00)
